Retech plastic PP PE LDPE film washing recycling line is designed to processing kinds of post consumer LDPE agriculture film, LLDPE stretch film, PP woven bags etc. By high efficiency crushing system, continuous washing and strong drying system, the plastic film will be fully clean. After PE PP plastic pelletizing machine processing, the final products are plastic pellets/granules, which can be to produce plastic bags, drainage pipes, plastic board/sheet etc.We provide customized recycling solutions basis on customer's conditions.With more than 15 years experience to keep reserching and development, we can achieve to offer 300kg/h-2000kg/h capacity PE film washing and recycling solutions according to your special requirements.Regardless of what kind of plastics you process and what output qualities and production volumes you're striving for Retech Machinery will develop a recycling plant solution that is customized exactly to your requirements.
This machine is suitable for regeneration and granulation of waste plastics, as HDPE, LDPE and PP, etc. Its equipped with quick motor-operated filter-screen-replacing unit and automatic temperature control. The granulating crusher uses adjustable speed motor, pelleting with and extruding machine at the same discharging speed synchronistically. The unit is easy to operate, with a high output, steady performance and favorable economic benefit.
The whole line includes
Belt Conveyor: The materials go into the crusher by the crawler belt, which is moved by inside scroll wheel.
Crusher of Yurefon: Crush the material.
Screw Loader: Put the flakes into the Hot washer to clean.
Hot Washer: If the bottle is very dirty, like oil, sand, it must be use hot washer.
Screw Loader: Put the flakes into the High-speed Friction Washer to clean.
High-speed Friction Washer: After crushing material from enters the mouth, through the high speed on the axis of the blade flap and spray water to the common function of good cleaning effect.
Floating Washer 1: It used in cleaning pet flakes, make the flakes cleaner and whiter. Also is the necessary equipment of the bottle and bottle cap.

Dewatering: Rejection the water from the flakes, moisture content is less than 2%.
