How it works?
 

Waste plastic HDPE bottle flakes crushing washing recycling machine line consists of conveyor, crusher (grinder), high-speed friction washer, floating washer, dewatering machine, control cabinet, and other components. Firstly waste plastic (classification), crushing (torn), then friction washing, floating washing, and finally drying.
 

♦ Belt conveyor: conveying dirty plastic film or bottles into crusher. If too much scrap iron, metal detector may be needed.

♦ Crusher: can crushing with water, cutting plastic film or bags into small pieces.

♦ Screw loader: load film pieces into the next step
