LDPE Ground Film Complete Washing and Recycling Line Plant is specially design to deal with the materials like PE film /LDPE film /LLDPE stretch films, PP woven bags/ PP non-woven bags, etc.
We currently have an existing 2 Ton/Hr line in which we recycle the thicker 50 - 200 Micron LDPE (Agricultural Film) that is made of Greenhouse covers.
This line can not treat the thinner higher impurity type plastics (Mulch, etc..)
Could you please Make us a FULL 1 Ton/Hour Recycling line, whichcan treat he 15-50 Micron plastic.
This new line should include at least two friction washers (plastic from the farm is expected to be very dirty)
We estimate as follows :
Impurity Ratio By Weight in the plastic arriving : 40 %
Meaning of Every 1 Ton that goes into the washing line, 400 Kgs will be removed in the water into the water treatment plant currently being installed.
Please also note that we'd like to be able to replace one or two devices of your line (Shredder and Crusher or both) with Equipment that we have available and is not operational in the factory now, but to decide that, we would very much appreciate if you could make an offer where you break down, line by line, the price component for each part.
