This machine is suitable for waste dirty PE/PP film or rigid material, it can crush the material then clean it, the film will through water tank and friction washer, then go through dewatering machine, the hot air will blowing the film to storage silo.
Range Application of PE plastic recycling line:
It is applicable to milk bottles, engine oil bottles, blue big bucket, environmental dust bin, plastic table and chair, etc.
Belt conveyor with metal detector
Function:To conveying film to crusher,metal detector is to find metals and protect blades in crusher.
Crusher
Function:To crush the big film into small flakes,crushing with water is much more efficiently.
Screw conveyor
Function:To rub material and send material to next step.
Floating washer
Function:To fully wash the film flakes, the rollers will make films more unfolded and push them to the end of tank.
Dewatering machine
Function:It is special to process PP/LDPE/LLDPE soft plastics by fast moving force.
Drying system
Function:Heating by electric will dry the flying flakes in pipes.
Storage hopper
Function:To storage the dried film and packaging.
