1. Belt conveyor+metal detector
Metal detecting device is working to alarm the operator to find metals and protect the blades in compactor. It stops belt while detecting metals, after you find out the metals,it could re-work.
2. Compactor/Agglomerator
Compacting-agglomerating machine is used to cutting pre-heating agglomerating material in same step, film become shrink and easy to feed into extruder. It is with water cooling to keep temerature stable. Rotating blades+fixed blades cut material in best efficient.
3. Main extruder
Main extruder on plastic pelletizing machine, extruder with vacuum degassing function, special design screw structure is a ideal way to melt and extrusion.
4. Filter screen changer
We have different options for filter screen changers(Laser filter), like self cleaning filter system,plate type filter,two pistons filter with backflush.
5. Die face cut(Strand cutting)
For normal MFI, we usually suggest to cut the granules in die face cutting way, like horizontal cuttiing/vertical cutting.
For complicate MFI, we usually suggest to use strand noodle cutting way to make granules.
