PET Bottle Washing Line Description:
The PET bottle recycling plant takes dirty bottles and transforms them into clean PET flakes. And the flakes can be further processed and reutilized with high commercial value. The production capacity we can make on the PET Bottle washing and recycling line can be 300kg/h to 3000kg/h. The pet bottle washing line's main purpose is to intend to get clean flakes from the dirty even mixture bottles or bottles slice during dealing with the whole washing line. And also get clean PP/PE collection, labels and paper clips, etc.
The PET bottle recycling line is divided into unpacking, washing, sorting, detecting metal, crushing, floating washing, hot washing, rubbing, rinsing, dehydration, drying and packaging process steps.
PET Bottle Washing Line Technical Features:
1. High automation level, try best to reduce your cost on labor(especially for three shifts)and ensure high processing capacity: 100-2000kg/hr.
2. Friendly control system(PLC integrated & separated control on each machine)and Touch screen panel, easy for operation, monitor and emergency stop.
3. All parts contacting plastic material and water are made of high-quality 304 stainless steel; Ensuring no second pollution to flakes.
4. This PET bottle washing line can easily wash and recycle waste PET bottle flakes. Equipment at the end of the washing line so that the completely dry flakes can be collected and packed directly after being washed.
5. The whole production line can be designed on the basis of how dirty the flakes are, and make sure of the quality of the final products.
6. Coordinating the production line with follow programmed work (granulating system), and it will make waste and dirty PET bottles be the PET granule material and in order to produce new PET bottles.

1.PET bottle washing machine from Retech machinery is applied in PET waste bottle or sheet recycling field.
2.Through crushing, washing and drying process, the waste bottle or sheet will become to be bottle flakes. The flakes are widely used in plastic industry, like sheet, and profile production.
3.The clean PET flakes can be used to produce the polyester staple fiber, PET strap band, granules, PET transparent film and sheets,etc. The top class flakes can be used to blow bottles again.
4. Recycling machine can be designed on the basis of how dirty the flakes are, and make sure of the quality of the final products are very clean.
5. Recycling machine output we can supply is from 300kg/h to 3500kg/h.
6.We can also produce the clean PET bottle flakes granulator, to make the clean flakes into pellets (granules)
1. Belt conveyor
(1)Belt material:PVC(PVC belt is lighter than rubber, and corrosion resistance, not easy to aging, longer service life)

2. Trommel
Function: Raw waste PET bottle has a lot of sands, small stones, metals, whcih can screen some by this machine, to make better washing effect.
3. Mannual Separating table
Function: Machanical separating labels rate is 95-98%, it is not 100%, so we need people choose out the bottle with label and metal bottle by hands. Which will incrase the finals PET bottle's quality.
4. Crusher
(1)Crushing with water flushing in;
(2)3/5/7 rotor design;
(3)Knife adjustment outside chamber;
(4)Low noise.
5. Floating washer
(1)For separation of contaminants or other plastics with gravity > 1 g/cm³ from PE/PP flakes;
(2)With screw-IN and screw-OUT;
(3)Special design of inner paddles to guarantee sufficient sediment of heavy impurities;
(4)Stainless steel SUS304 body;
(5)With pneumatic water in-feed-valve, automatic level control via electronic feeler.
6. Hot washer
(1)Both electrical heating and steam heating for option.
(2)Caustic soda concentration: about 1-2%
(3)Full Stirring paddles with motor power:4-7.5kw
(4)With Special paddles inside to stir the flakes with water,flakes will remain in hot washer for at least 12 mins, to ensure entirely washed.
(5)PH value automatic detect & control system.
(6)Temperature controller

7. Dewatering Machine
(1)The integrated design of the dewatering machine and the fan, no need for a separate fan, which saves energy and enables smooth feeding and discharging, no blocking.
(2)Adopt high-speed heavy-duty bearings, staineless steel spindles and baldes, dynamically balanced.
(3)Automatic screen cleaning device which is driven by air pressure, labor saving.
(4)Adopt container for collecting waste water & residue at the bottom.
